In this role you will:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute all Display Marketingstrategies and campaigns across channels  including (Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest)
  • Monitor and optimize various Display, Retargeting, and Native campaigns with given KPIs (CPO, CPL, CPA, CAC, ROI, ROAS, CLV) and budget
  • Ongoing campaign analysis in order to find growth opportunities in areas such as creative concepts, ad copy, audience structures, landing pages and bidding strategies
  • Evaluate campaign performance by conducting analysis and creating reports that support both past and future data-driven actions and hypotheses
  • Liaise and communicate with diverse stakeholders (internal and external) in a convincing and effective manner about campaign and market development
  • Report to the Head of Digital while working closely with the creative, merchandising, eCommerce Manager and other channel managers to ensure alignment across campaigns
  • You run A/B creative tests and spend scaling tests on campaigns to identify points of inefficiency and creatively improve non-performing areas
  • Cooperate with the Analytics and Data team to ensure accurate channel reporting with a good understanding of attribution models
  • Work on advanced analysis and on implementing innovative automation solutions
  • Evaluate Online marketing providers and recommend the best suitable options

Who we are looking for:

  • Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally & written
  • +2 years of experience as a Paid Social Performance Marketing Manager
  • Bonus experience with Google Display Network, YouTube, Criteo, Taboola, Outbrain, Google Data Studio or third-party bidding tools
  • You are an very comfortable in using Excel and Google spreadsheets, confident working with numbers and enjoy analysing and interpreting data
  • You can implement basic tracking pixels
  • You have knowledge of event tracking with GTM and Google Analytics
  • You have previously had contact with decision-makers within organizations, and have also directly communicated with external partners
  • You consider yourself an analytical thinker with a structured working style
  • You are a highly motivated individual who has experience in dealing with several projects simultaneously
  • You are passionate about performance marketing and wish to work with a fast-growing eCommerce brand, learn with/from them and make your actions count
