Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on experience, directly running and supervising large performance marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to run, optimise & grow Google Ads campaigns on large scales
• Proven and successful track record of B2B advertising
• Vast knowledge of Google marketing products, customer acquisition techniques and up-to-date knowledge about market trends
• Analytically-minded and result-oriented personality
• Exceptional analytical skills, high level of Google Analytics knowledge and the ability to use it to drive insights and optimise campaigns performance
• Fluent in English and native German

• Knowledge of Different top funnel acquisition sources
• knowledge of Segment, Amplitude and Power BI
• Technical Seo knowledge

Responsibilities

• Overseeing & delivering Google Ads campaigns – with data-driven approach and goal-oriented attitude in DACH market
• Localising our marketing activities by suggesting new products and sharing local insights
• Optimising & growing all types of Google Ads campaigns – continually learning & experimenting with creatives, bids & audiences
• Tracking and reporting KPI delivery and taking responsibility for ROI of the particular marketing budget
• Analysing and preparing KPI reports
