WE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for our team in Berlin-Mitte.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for updating on-site content and merchandising across all brands
• Develop data-driven customer insights that are actionable and impactful
• Work with brands to develop and execute key marketing campaigns
• Create landing pages with support of our Design and Editorial teams
• Successfully troubleshoots issues and implements fixes
• Collaborate with our tech product team to improve the usability of our webshops
• Help improving our internal processes by proactively suggesting new tools to work with

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM

• Relevante experience in: e-commerce executing customer facing online experiences or online merchandising
• First relevant experience in product/project management
• Ability to learn new software and technology tools quickly
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong and proactive communications skills
• Strong organisation skills
• Relevant experience in: MS Office and G-Suite (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of Shopify, Shopware (or similar) as well as Confluence/Jira is a plus
