Ad Operations Manager

The Role

Zattoo is looking for a motivated Ad Operations Manager. You’ll be an important part of the ad operations team, where you manage advertising campaigns that get booked by international media agencies and global brands. You’re the point of contact for ad customers and will work closely with the sales and tech team. You’ll get to know the online advertising industry and learn about key players and processes in one of the most important mission fields for apps and other digital offerings.

What you’ll do

  • Create and manage offer and order documents in Microsoft Excel
  • Manage campaigns in Google Ad Manager (formerly Google Doubleclick for Publishers)
  • Supply customers with campaign insights, reports and screenshots of their creatives inside the Zattoo apps
  • Steadily monitor and optimize campaigns; communicate changes and deviations proactively
  • Support the programmatic advertising team

What you’ll bring

  • You’re passionate about digital media, TV and technology in general
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are very well self organized
  • You are reliable and meticulous
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • You have strong communication and team skills
  • Fluent German language skills and strong English language skills
  • Big Bonus: Experience with digital advertising or marketing tools such as GAM (AdSense, AdMob, DFP), GMP (AdWords, DBM), AppNexus, etc.
