We build digital products that enable electric car drivers to charge their car anywhere, anytime. - Support our customers via phone, tickets and social media in Portuguese
- Ensure a smooth customer journey through the world of emobility
- You are the friendly, helpful and competent first contact person for our customers
- Solve customer’s questions and issues in a calm and kind way
- Assist in order processing
- Report issues to our IT team

- Your mother tongue is Portuguese. Preferably you speak either Italian or Spanish. Being fluent in any other language is a nice add-on!
- You’re computer skills are excellent and you have the ability to find your way through new software tools fast
- You are already based in Berlin
