Clarisights was founded to empower performance marketing and growth teams by creating a platform that gives them insights and superhero powers they have always wanted. Rather than wrestling with outdated spreadsheets and BI platforms that can\’t keep pace, marketers can use Clarisights to independently explore and analyse all their data in a single and intuitive interface.

We recently raised $14M Series A led by Sequoia. Our early customers include Uber, Delivery Hero, HelloFresh, ABOUT YOU, Trade Republic and many more. According to one of our investors, Clarisights has the strongest product/market fit based on hundreds of companies they’ve seen.


In this multi-functional role, you will help customers make the most of our product, in collaboration with other functions such as engineering, product and sales. With your help, we will build a virtuous circle of happy and successful customers. Clarisights is a hyper-growth startup, so you have a unique opportunity to contribute to building the company while getting to work with some of the finest brands on the globe.


  • Solve customers’ marketing teams’ reporting problems with the adoption of Clarisights by consulting, training, and proactively building solutions for the various teams’ needs
  • Lead complex customer onboarding projects
  • Work with the product engineering team to prioritize, design, and deliver features. You will be the source of truth for the company on customer needs, pain points, and areas of improvement.
  • Help figure out our go-to-market strategy and also spend time on product marketing and customer development.


  • You’re a builder. You are an early member of the Customer Success function, so you’ll play a vital role in defining CS and scaling the company.
  • You are naturally inclined to lead.
  • You enjoy working with people and can effortlessly build rapport with various levels of external and internal stakeholders.
  • You understand performance marketing. Clarisights is used by some of the largest digital enterprises in the world, and you should be able to hold your own as you engage with their data analytics and marketing teams.
  • You are an excellent communicator with an ability to listen empathetically, write clearly and speak persuasively. You are a confident, expert ambassador for the product.
  • You are tech-savvy.
  • You are comfortable with data. Clarisights is a reporting tool for performance marketers, so it’s kind of a must.

  2. You get to play a vital role in building the company, the CS function and the product that’s revolutionizing the way large marketing teams like Uber, HelloFresh, Trade Republic consume their data and take decisions based on it.
  3. Ownership. You won’t be delegated tasks. You will be given ownership and accountability of outcomes and all the support you need. It is your task to figure out how to remove roadblocks and reach those outcomes.
  4. Learnings. We are just getting started and you will have a unique vantage point on how to build a company with a very strong product and massive customer demand. You will probably learn more than you ever thought in the process. These learnings are most likely the most valuable thing we can offer.
