Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

As Executive Assistant at future demand, you will work closely alongside and with our CEO. From day one, you will have a direct influence on strategic and operational processes and play a central role in further developing our business operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed
  • Support and own controlling and reporting processes
  • Develop and own process improvements to standardize, automate and optimize central processes in a scalable approach
  • Develop relationships and work with sales, partner, sales operations, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution
  • Analysis, evaluation and elaboration of decision papers as well as strategic and operative tasks in the context of successful corporate development
  • Preparation of detailed, focal and business management decision papers and reports

Your Skills:

  • You have a background/experience in finance or controlling
  • You have a very analytical, data-driven thinking and acting
  • You have a talent for organisation and a very structured way of working
  • You are interested in helping to build up our business structures
  • You are enthusiastic about our product and the live-entertainment and sports industry
  • German knowledge C1 or better is a plus
