What the Role Involves
- Leading, mentoring, and growing the Account Management team (Integration + Client Success team)
- Providing clear objectives for your team, monitoring and making sure that these are being met
- Ensuring a high level of customer retention rate with a clear focus on increasing revenue through up-selling of new products and services
- Overseeing the smooth on-boarding of all new clients in collaboration with the Integration team
- Leading the business’s strategic account planning processes per client including renewals and upsells as well as performance objectives and ROI demonstration in collaboration with the Client Success team
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics such as integration time, churn and revenue retention & growth
- Taking ownership of cross-departmental projects and processes
- Sharing important customer data and insights with the Product and the R&D team with the goal of influencing internal strategy and securing client success
- Defining data and data collection requirements for optimizing our products together with the product and R&D teams
- Educating our clients concerning information and data needs to maximize the impact on their business success
What We’re Looking for in You
- University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Business or a related field
- 10+ years experience in account management, ideally in a SaaS or Software company
- Previous experience in building and managing a team and experience with b2b accounts
- Structured, highly-organized, thorough and persistent, with a “can do” attitude
- Extraordinary analytical skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure phases with many simultaneous client requests and to prioritize those requests
- Curiosity and drive in order to improve current processes
- Experience in using Salesforce, Jira and Confluence is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills, fluency in other languages is an advantage
