Office Manager & Team Assistant (m/f/d) 

This is a great opportunity for a motivated young professional or a fresh graduate to take on responsibility within team and help us meaningfully change how medical ultrasound works.


  • Must have: attention to detail and hands-on mentality
  • Must have: flexibility and adaptability to an international environment, readiness to collaborate across teams and levels, both internally and externally
  • Must have: high level of independence, ownership and readiness to make decisions
  • Nice to have: 2+ years experience in a similar position – working in accounting support, office management and team assistance – preferably in an international or start up environment


  • Assisting with the administrative needs of the management and R&D team (Expense reports, Order management, Administration of tools, Travel management, etc.).
  • Assisting management team with organization of internal and external meetings (preparation of slides, logistics, preparation of summaries).
  • Assisting the management team in recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Supporting accounting, invoicing, and payment management in collaboration with our tax adviser and backoffice.
  • General administrative tasks and other internal projects as required.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • Good skills in common office tools (Microsoft Word and Excel)
