Software Testing & Support

Certara is looking for a person to join the Software Testing & Support team at BaseCase, a part of the Certara Software division. BaseCase provides a web-based platform for creating and distributing interactive apps. Our SaaS platform is used by pharmaceutical companies and medical device companies to create and distribute interactive presentations that communicate the value of their products.

In the Software Testing & Support role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to our clients in English, on the phone and via email
  • Ensuring the quality of the work produced by our software and consulting teams.


  • At least 1 year of software testing & support experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Preferred: a technical university degree
  • Work permit for the EU
