Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Aklamio is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to help establish a data-driven decision making culture in our revenue team.  Help us by providing insights to the C-level and the management of the corresponding teams, building new dashboards and automated reports, and helping to define crucial KPIs and performance metrics.

YOUR MISSION

  • You will report to the Head of the Data, and use a modern tech-stack for data analysis
  • Collaborate cross- functionally with the data science team, and revenue team  (consisting of marketing, sales, business development, and client success management) and have hands on access to revenue-team related projects
  • Model and analyze marketing, sales and revenue KPIs and help develop and maintain performance dashboards for all revenue teams
  • Model, analyze, and forecast the company performance and make insights available internally and externally to our investors and clients
  • Provide customized reports to some of our large clients
  • Perform cross-client, cross-industry and cross-product analyses of usage and success patterns to support product and market decisions
  • Define KPIs together with the managers of each revenue department, and help them understand which factors influence those KPIs, and how they can improve them

YOUR SKILLS

  • You have 2+ years of experience as data analyst, BI, or comparable experience
  • You have a good understanding of common business processes, and data analysis experience in a revenue-centric domain, such as marketing, sales, business development, or client success management
  • Can communicate directly with the management, helping them to make data-driven decisions, define KPIs, and validate assumptions with data
  • Good at explaining  complex data insights to non-technical audiences while maintaining a high level of precision
  • Know how to perform exploratory data analysis, understand how (and when) to use different data visualization techniques, and have basic understanding of statistics
  • Basic Python coding skills and familiarity with PyData stack: Jupyter, Pandas, Numpy, plotting libraries (we use Plotly and Seaborn). Experience with Streamlit or Dash is a plus
  • Great knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Git, Docker, and Salesforce is a plus
  • You want to develop further both by expanding and acquiring new data analysis related technical skills, and by learning more about revenue domains
