Head of Product Management (Games) *

Be part of the top-level product ownership team to collaboratively design, develop, and manage features and functionality that support the product portfolio vision and drive our business.

We are looking for a Head of Product Management who will lead our product management chapter to further manage our portfolio of mobile games. Actively shape and drive the overall portfolio strategy in order to maximize our product business performance without sacrificing team, quality, community, or user experience!

Your tasks

  • Grow revenue. Own the portfolio P&L of our games and have a sharp view on how to grow revenues, driving both growth and profit
  • Set clear tasks. Formulate business cases and roadmaps for new features and/or products and/or portfolios
  • Use KPIs. Establish the model, KPIs and targets for hypothesis-driven, data-informed decision making and management of the product and its features (pre-and post-launch)
  • Propose new actions. Drive evaluation and development of acquisition, engagement, and monetization best practices
  • Ensure a player-centric view. Collaborate with the game and game system designer to manage the virtual economy of a game or portfolio of games
  • Close collaboration. Work closely with product teams, market, and business analysts to forecast, monitor, and report business performance and to sustain and improve the products and services
  • Meet the expected quality. Balance the need to maximize the benefits of good freemium design while maintaining a high-quality user experience
  • Stay top of the game. Drive and perform competitive reviews of external games & features and market research for the product
  • Leadership. Functional and disciplinary responsibility for the product management team

What we expect

  • Passion for games. Deep understanding of the casual mobile gaming free-to-play space, preferably traditional card & board games
  • Technical competence. Strong track record of running games, particular on events and live operations
  • Business mindset. Strong understanding of the casual mobile F2P environment, with an emphasis on monetization mechanics
  • Keen perception. Strong passion for user-centric product design, deep understanding of retention and monetization
  • Leadership. Ability to coach and guide multi-discipline teams
  • Emotional Intelligence. Great leadership skills, ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
