Product Manager (m/f/d)

Elucidate is a RegTech/RiskTech start-up based in Berlin building an innovative SaaS-based solution for Financial Crime risk management. Our flagship platform, the Elucidate FinCrime Index (the EFI) provides quantifiable and defensible financial crime risk metrics to financial institutions, highlighting risks as they emerge. The goal is to identify and minimize their financial crime risk exposures, specifically focusing on money laundering, terror financing, and corruption risks. Think of us as the Moody’s of financial crime risk. The EFI is the first step towards a more interconnected and internationalized financial system actively working against criminals.

As a Product Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle. You will be the point of contact for all product matters within the organization and you will work closely with stakeholders and our Clients. Your main duties include determining the overall vision of products, managing backlog items and deciding which features each product will have according to clients’ needs and preferences.

  • Product Strategy – Drive, define and execute Product Vision and Strategy and Roadmap for team’s product
  • Product Marketing – Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product with Sales and Marketing
  • From ideation to execution – Own and oversee end-to-end process from ideation to post implementation through all stages of product creation including design and development
  • Communication – collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements, be lias with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
  • Known your domain – Active market and competitive research

Skills and Experience 

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in close collaboration with technical teams
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • 2+ years of experience in financial industry ideally B2B environment
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Have strong critical thinking skills and a desire to change the status quo
  • Are passionate about optimizing processes and being result driven
