🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs

  • You define and execute the winning strategy to make sure we can offer the best in class job inventory to the millions of users of our talent platform by continuously further developing our system to import, enrich & deduplicate millions of jobs
  • To take it a step further, you also own our recommendation system, which aims at recommending exactly the right job to each of our individual users based on their profile and our deep understanding of the available jobs
  • To achieve this mission, you work with the support of a product manager and in collaboration with an experienced engineering manager to lead a growing, cross functional team of engineers and data scientists
  • Last but not least, you will leave a mark by radiating positivity, energy and enthusiasm making everyone feel super welcome when they come to HeyJobs

🤝 What sets you up for success

  • 3+ years of experience in a data driven product management role
  • Proven track record as a manager and mentor
  • Strong data analytics skills and a natural ease working with data
  • Solid understanding and ideally work experience with recommendation systems / algorithms
  • Ideally, you have experience managing projects involving NLP or other machine learning technologies to which you have an affinity
  • You have strong communication skills in English – both written and verbally
  • German language skills would be a strong plus
