We are looking for the following characteristics

  • Experience with account management within the digital marketing space is a plus, preferably affiliate marketing
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • You are highly driven and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • You are absolutely reliable, motivated, and a good team player
  • Good sense of humor and social with strong communication skills
  • A high affinity to AdTech would be useful, but not necessary
  • English is a must, German a plus

Your responsibilities include

  • Onboard and grow new publishers
  • Manage and optimize existing relationships between our advertisers and publishers
  • Research and open new long-term relationships and become a strategic advisor to our partners
  • Look out for new commercial opportunities & negotiate tenancy placements for our portfolio
  • Onboard, adjust, and negotiate campaigns to achieve the highest yields possible
