Account Manager France (Junior/Intermediate) (m/f/d)

What’s the role about?

As Account Manager France at JOIN, you will be the main go-to person for all our French clients and will have a key role in ensuring the continuous growth of our revenues in France.

You have the opportunity to work in a dynamic startup where your expertise will directly impact our growth. JOIN offers a freemium model, and thus the sales process starts with engaged users. No cold calling.

Your future team

You’ll be a part of our Customer Success and Operations Department. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and driven by a shared pursuit of customer excellence.

Tasks

  • Customer Support: reply to phone, email or chat requests from existing free users. Only paying customers have a dedicated account manager who can reach out directly to you personally. We aim to minimize touch points with free users by offering them a self-served product with an extensive Help Center.
  • Sales – New customers: Manage your pipeline of opportunities, assist potential customers with their questions and ensure they have a great experience using their JOIN account with the aim to convince them to book a subscription.
  • Customer Success – Upsell/Cross-sell: Develop paying customers with various upsell, long-term commitment and upgrade strategies.
  • Customer Success – Churn prevention: lead QBR with your biggest clients to ensure revenue retention.
  • Software Proficiency: Take responsibility for continuously updating customer information within our CRM tools and contribute to the development of reliable revenue forecasting.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and actively contribute to streamlining sales and customer support processes using best practices, standardization, and automation.

Requirements

Must have

  • Excellent command of French, written and spoken
  • Good written and spoken English skills (our internal company language)
  • Comfortable leading several conversations via phone or video call on a daily basis
  • Organized and methodical

  • Demonstrated successful sales experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Experience working with a CRM

Nice to have

  • Experience within HR/Recruiting industry
  • Any other European language
