YOUR RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Goal-oriented development and expansion of COMATCH’s market presence in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
  • Active approach and acquisition of new clients as well as strengthening of the growth of our existing customer business
  • Connecting to top level clients (C-level / Partner)
  • Close collaboration with Consultant Relations and internal interfaces
  • Monitoring of financial targets and budget development
  • Execution of campaigns and independent projects to grow our share of the consulting market

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience and remarkable successes in a performance-driven sales role and very good B2B market knowledge, ideally with a strong area network as well as contacts to companies in the Benelux region
  • Excellent bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, communication science or comparable studies
  • Confidence in approaching negotiations and persuasiveness as well as experience in solution-oriented conversations with managing directors and decision makers
  • English and Dutch on a fluent level
  • Reliable and trustworthy workstyle, hands-on mentality and the aspiration to be an outstanding Key Account Manager
