As a Business Development Manager, you will be in charge of the overall strategic orientation of the company, assists the founders by making strategic decisions and push our external growth by analyzing and identifying opportunities.

What you will do:

  • Source, structure, negotiate, execute, and implement strategic deals in support of our business thesis/strategy
  • Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Coordinate closely with Hypatos’ product, machine learning and engineering teams to develop new business opportunities based on our leading technology
  • Work with both internal and external product, sales, operations, and marketing teams to drive successful partnerships
  • Develop deep relationships with key partners that fit into our go-to-market master plan
  • Understand business model implications and communicate in a financially grounded way

What we expect from you:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in business development and/or consulting
  • Min. 2 years of stakeholder management with demonstrated impact working with executives
  • Proven record of creating and executing on partnerships and negotiating deals
  • Resourcefulness and passion for our mission
  • Strong quantitative skill set
  • An extremely proactive, self-starter mentality with excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying partner needs
