Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) (m/f/x) your mission is to create interest through direct communication using various online and offline channels – therefore helping to fill up the sales pipeline. As the first touchpoint to our future customers, you also play a critical role in setting the tone for a successful collaboration. More specifically, you will 👇🏼

Your main responsibility is to contact companies for whom our offering is relevant to schedule a first meeting to discuss our solution. This includes the following responsibilities:

  • You review and prioritize existing leads and look for new ones.
  • You build an understanding of the specific needs of all company sizes – from recently funded startups to complex enterprise companies.
  • You ask the right questions to qualify prospects and understand how we can offer the most value.
  • You prospect, educate, qualify and develop target accounts by leveraging a smart business development approach. This approach consists of a combination of targeted emails, cold calls, social media touches, industry fairs and other online and offline channels.
  • You pitch our solution to prospects with the goal of scheduling a call between the potential client and someone in our sales or management team.
  • You understand that sales is a numbers game and you have a high drive to deliver a high quantity of outreachs – resulting in well-qualified meetings.
  • You build and continuously improve your own workflows.
  • You document your activities in our CRM System
  • You collaborate with our Business Development support functions.

  • You can generate a high output of activities while maintaining a professional, targeted sales approach.
  • You are an excellent communicator.
  • You have a strong ability to problem solve and find new ways to create value.
  • You are interested in the tech industry.
  • You have full professional proficiency in English.

Location information 📍

This is a fully remote position. This means you can work from anywhere based within Europe +/-3hrs CET
