About the Role

The Channel Account Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives as part of the NinjaOne reseller program. This role is instrumental in onboarding, training, mentoring, and motivating channel partners. You’ll monitor and grow reseller-derived revenue through partner marketing and sales programs. You will ensure channel excellence through conflict management, contract agreement, and process adherence.  As a Channel Account Manager, you will develop concepts to optimize the self-service channel for which you are responsible and drive achievement of the team’s goals. You will work with internal teams, key figures, and use customer feedback to measure the success of the processes implemented. You will be responsible for cross-functional projects to improve and better use service channels.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Demonstrating our product to prospects, developing plans to target new clients, and retaining existing customers
  • Managing communications and employing conflict resolution with customers
  • Tracking and coordinating activities for each account
  • Negotiating and closing contracts
  • Analyzing marketing trends and predictions
  • Researching market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies
  • Determining customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
  • Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts, including encouraging clients to upgrade services
  • Coordinating with billing operations on customers who in arrears
  • Securing leads for potential partners and appointments for the lead with a sales team member (e.g., account executive)
  • Consistently meeting and maintaining your relationship with partners

About You

  • You have a measurable track record of success selling and promoting IT solutions through enterprise VARs, resellers, distributors, and system integrators
  • You have a thorough understanding of the reseller channel and what it takes to enable partner growth across the EMEA region
  • You have exceptional business and technical acumen
  • You have knowledge of digital processes and workflows, extensive experience in the management, and control of medium-sized to large projects and campaigns
  • You have built and maintained a strong network of partners
  • You excel in all forms of communication
  • You have the ability to provide premium customer service regardless of the customer’s demeanor
  • You are analytical and strategic with proven problem-solving skills
  • You are well-organized and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative teaming environment
  • You are able to effectively prioritize and multitask
  • You have professional training in the IT field
  • You have a bachelor’s degree
  • You have 5+ years’ experience
