We are looking for a motivated and ambitious (Junior) Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our Advertiser Account Management Team in the Berlin headquarter. Customer relationships and customer satisfaction are key for us. As a (Junior) Account Manager (m/f/d) you are in daily contact with our customers, manage all aspects of their cam­paigns to ensure performance is above expectation and make sure that we can offer best service to our customers.

What are your responsibilities…

  • Build up, maintain and foster relationships with clients to ensure campaigns are managed smoothly and all KPIs are optimized effectively
  • You manage the (mobile) campaigns of our partners, by understanding client objectives, analyzing account performance and providing strategic optimization recommendations to maximize account growth and retention
  • You ensure high quality through testing links, troubleshooting and providing regular quality reports
  • Your resolve any account issues pro-actively and expediently and work together with the different departements to overcome obstacles
  • Strong and intensive collaberation with our sales team to ensure all campaign handovers are effective and compressive and sales opportunities are taken

What are our expectations…

  • 1+ years of experience in the digital media advertising field
  • Proven track record in building relationships, negotiating budgets, upselling and successful account management
  • English and German language skils are mandatory
  • Familiarity with advertising terms, concepts and revenue models
  • Experience in third-party attribution tracking platforms
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • A deep understanding of analytics and extracting trends from large data sets and being able to communicate these trends effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with advanced Excel and Word skills
