Sales Development Representative – German

About the role

To strengthen our sales team in Berlin, we are looking for an open-minded, self-motivated personality. As a Sales Development Representative, you research potential customers, get in touch with prospects, train them and qualify leads. Our ideal candidates look forward to making phone calls and are characterized by building relationships with our German-speaking customers. NinjaOne is a fast-paced company looking for candidates who can help us grow our successful business.

Location – Berlin, Germany

Your tasks

• Use exceptional telephone skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, inspire, convey trust and overcome objections
• Research, documentation, and maintain relevant contact information for existing contacts in Salesforce
• Use Salesforce to ensure that activities are properly documented, opportunities accurately predicted, and information about the opportunity is adequately communicated
• You bring enthusiasm and energy with you

About you

• You have excellent written and oral communication skills
• You are an energetic self-starter who likes to work in an international environment
• You have an expert knowledge of German
• You speak multiple languages (preferred)
• You have experience in selling technology solutions
• You have a proven track record of meeting the minimum outgoing call goals and/or call time goals
• You are organized and detail-oriented with thorough follow-up
• You master the technology
• You’ll be able to multitask with multiple tools, work independently, and prioritize tasks
