Sales Engineer- Spanish

About the Role 

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for explaining the technical and functional aspects of the product or services we offer to the users, primarily on the post-sales side. You will also work closely with the sales team and provide technical advice on the products and services on the pre-sales side.

Location- Berlin, Germany

What You’ll be Doing

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our products or services to customers and prospects
  • Work closely with our sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Guide our customers through the implementation of the NinjaOne solution
  • Partner with our account management department to meet the needs of our customers
  • Actively participate in the design of our consulting processes

About You

  • You have experience in technical sales of IT products
  • You are self-motivated and enjoy finding solutions for customers
  • You excel in all forms of communication
  • You are able to exercise good judgment and prioritization based on the impact to the customer
  • You are a quick learner and adaptable to new technologies and processes
  • You have exceptional interpersonal and teaming skills
  • You have a thorough understanding of any virtualization platform and a proven track record of building and maintain relationships virtually
  • You are professionally proficient in Spanish
  • You speak additional languages (preferred)
  • You have previous experience with RMM software (preferred)
  • You have experience in technical troubleshooting (preferred)
  • You are proficient in Windows (Windows registry, services, etc.), working knowledge of MacOS, and a general understanding of Linux distributions (preferred)
  • You have technical support experience (preferred)
  • You have previous experience with Zendesk (preferred)
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or have equivalent work experience
  • You have at least 2 years prior experience in a customer service/support related position
