What’s Your Role?

This role is responsible for Managing Kindoh’s Sales Strategy & Planning.

  • Main work streams include developing sales strategies for Kindoh’s expansion in the German and the European market
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands Kindoh’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Selecting targets, defining priorities and guidelines, monitoring compliance, securing resources and knowing when to expedite
  • Leading ideation for opportunities in the European market based on insights (e.g., category/channel/customer) insights
  • Presenting sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the Kindoh management team
  • Identifying growth opportunities considering Kindoh’s competitor activity
  • Providing Sales insights and cross functional relationships (marketing, Commercialization, Finance) to communicate across the channel to grow sales

Qualifications / Requirements

Key Skills / Experience preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Masters is a preferred
  • Strong work ethic and spirit for collaboration is a must
  • Very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Key competencies include functional/technical skills, learning on the fly, priority setting, time management, pro-active and action oriented

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong interpersonal skills as this role will work with cross functional teams
  • Proven Power Point and Excel Modeling skills
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills: ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan
  • Experience with telling a story with data, conveying key messages and presenting in a visual and compelling way
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely
  • Proven collaboration abilities, strategic thinking and leadership skills
  • Capable of managing major projects simultaneously
  • Able to establish and attain high standards for self and team; able to make decisions and solve problems
  • Independent & motivated individual; ability to receive direction and convert into an action plan with coaching and feedback
  • German: native speaker, English: Business Fluent
