Senior Partner Success Manager – Italy

Aklamio is looking for a tech-savvy professional that will join our Partner Success Manager team, and tend to our Partners. This person will be responsible for growing and nurturing the relationships to our Partners, including the likes of E.ON, Virgin Media, Edison, AXA and Vodafone. The focus of this position will be on our Italian and English-speaking global accounts.

YOUR MISSION

  • In this position, you will continuously work on opportunities, observe market developments and trends, develop a strategy and derive measures from it
  • Manage and advise the customer strategically, support some of the biggest global brands in finding customer-specific solutions
  • Project and budget management, preparation of calculations, reporting and controlling are your daily business
  • Act as an interface between customers, internal contracts and external service providers, keeping track of all essential project tasks
  • Contribute with your ideas to make processes more efficient and use resources better
  • Guide and develop our Juniors and Mid-Levels

YOUR SKILLS

  • 5+ years of professional experience in customer consulting, maintenance and development of key accounts in the digital economy, preferably in the B2B segment
  • Excellent communication in Italian and English is mandatory, additional language skills beneficial with a big plus for German
  • You have gained experience in online marketing, and you have a deep understanding of a wide range of online performance indicators and an analytical mindset
  • Strong consulting and sales expertise as well as pleasure in upselling services in the field of digital marketing
  • Excellent in customer communication and the preparation of presentations
  • Having led a small team or mentored a junior will be considered a plus
