JOB OVERVIEW

This is a part-time, on-site Office & Team Assistant position at Target Global’s Berlin office. In this role, you will handle various day-to-day tasks, including administrative support, organizing meetings and team events, managing calendars, and providing general assistance to the team. Additionally, you may be responsible for data entry, preparing and managing German/English documents, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the reception area, meeting rooms, kitchens, and supply rooms, ensuring they are always presentable and well-stocked.
  • Welcome and greet all clients and visitors.
  • Manage the schedule for Berlin meeting rooms, including setup and cleanup between meetings.
  • Handle mail management, copying, scanning, and printing duties.
  • Coordinate with building management and cleaning company.
  • Collaborate with catering companies for events, client meetings, and corporate lunches.
  • Order office supplies, including stationery, beverages, refreshments, and general office consumables.
  • Assist the Head of Office Management with various ad-hoc tasks.
  • Manage expense reports.

PROFILE

  • Prior experience in an office/administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both English and German is a must.
