Codecks is a project & community management platform for game developers by game developers. Created by some of the minds behind Spec Ops: The Line, Dead Island 2 and Curious Expedition 1 & 2, we’re bringing innovative ideas to the world of project management tools. Inspired by a playful trading card game metaphor, Codecks is used by hundreds of game studios around the world.

We’re looking for our first dedicated Marketing & Communications champion! If you’re excited about using your marketing skills to help us grow and help game developers around the world to achieve success, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Shape Our Strategy: You’ll craft and bring to life marketing strategies that capture our playful and creative brand. We’re all about making things fun and engaging!
  • Wear Many Hats: From social media to content marketing, performance marketing, and influencer partnerships, you’ll explore and optimize our best growth opportunities.
  • Be Our Community Champion: Engage with our amazing community, gather feedback, and launch initiatives that truly resonate with them.
  • Spot New Opportunities: You’ll always be on the lookout for fresh and innovative ways to connect with and expand our audience. Your curiosity will keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Measure What Matters: Use your analytical skills to monitor our marketing efforts and fine-tune strategies based on what’s working. We love creativity, but we’re big on results too!

What We’re Looking For

  • Marketing Pro: You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a strong background in B2B product marketing. You’ve developed and executed successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies and have the success stories to back it up.
  • Passion for Play: Whether you’ve worked in the gaming industry or just have a strong passion for it, you get what makes games tick.
  • Creative Communicator: You know how to capture and convey our playful brand voice, making sure our message is as fun as it is clear.
  • Team Player with Initiative: We’re a small, close-knit team, so we’re looking for someone who’s proactive and can show initiative.
  • Data-Driven Thinker: You can dive into the numbers and turn data into actionable insights, ensuring our marketing is both creative and effective.
  • Strong English Fluency: We’re an English-speaking team with customers around the world, so fluency is key.

Perks & Rewards:

  • Salary: We offer an annual salary between €60,000 and €75,000, depending on your experience.
  • Future Equity: As we grow, we’re setting up equity options for you. You’ll have the chance to share in the success you help create.
