Customer Insights Analyst (f/m/d) – Hybrid

Tasks

• Engage with the user community by conducting interviews and extracting insights that enhance product design and user experience
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to deliver actionable insights, quantify customer sentiment (NPS, CSAT) and oversee in-app surveys
• Share discovery findings across the company to inform and guide strategic decisions
• Map and monitor competitor features, pricing and KPIs to provide valuable insights that support strategic planning efforts

Requirements

• Native or fluent in English, proficient in German (C1 Level)
• 2-3 years in customer insights, user research, or market research.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, ability to convey complex information clearly
• Proven experience in conducting customer interviews and surveys, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, experience with CRM systems and in-app survey tools is a plus
• Ability to design and execute studies, including drafting guides and questionnaires
• Effectively engage with the user community to build rapport and trust
• Translate customer insights into strategic recommendations, prioritize research initiatives by business impact
• Understand and share customers’ feelings to enhance user experience
• Meticulous in data collection, analysis and reporting
• Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
