Working Student IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

THE ROLE

As our IT working student, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our company’s IT infrastructure. You will assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing system maintenance tasks, and contributing to the development and implementation of new IT projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist all teams in providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Set up computers and workspaces for new employees
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure
  • Administrate accounts, including Office365, to ensure proper access and security
  • Support in managing and maintaining the company’s server infrastructure, including backups, security measures, and updates
  • Assist with IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
  • Deploy and maintain software applications and tools
  • Collaborate with team members to document IT processes, procedures, and best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and efficiency

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant IT-related program
  • Strong passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field
  • A good understanding of IT network infrastructure
  • Hands-on mentality and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Previous experience in IT support or related roles is a plus but not required
  • Fluent in German
