Late Co-Founder – Head of Sales & Go-To-Market

Who we are:

Fuchsjobs is a tech recruiting platform that helps companies in Germany find and hire top-tier IT professionals faster and more efficiently. We combine automated outbound outreach, AI-supported matching, and a lean user experience to replace traditional recruiters. The platform is already generating first revenue, and we’re now focused on scaling user acquisition and deepening product automation.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a sales-driven co-founder who’s confident with cold outreach, knows how to build relationships from scratch, and is excited about turning early conversations into real revenue. Ideally, you’ve done B2B sales before — or are eager to master it — and you’re comfortable picking up the phone, iterating on messaging, and building repeatable outbound processes.

You should be entrepreneurial, hungry, and execution-focused — someone who thrives in the early-stage chaos, enjoys working closely with product, and is motivated by building something from zero to one. Bonus if you’ve sold into HR or tech companies before, but not required.

We offer a meaningful co-founder equity package (negotiable based on experience and contribution), with the opportunity to join a live product, early traction, and a clear path to scale. The role starts with a 3-month trial period, during which we collaborate closely to ensure strong alignment in working style, vision, and execution. If it’s a good fit, you’ll come on board as a full co-founder with equity and strategic responsibility for sales and revenue growth.
