Hessam founded BerlinStartupJobs.com in 2011. As a serial entrepreneur in the online recruiting industry, Hessam has also founded LondonStartupJobs.co.uk and Jobspotting, an AI-driven job matching engine that was acquired by SmartRecruiters Inc. In 2021, he founded Climatiq, a climate technology company that helps businesses with embedded carbon intelligence.
