What you’ll do

• Run EquiMatch’s AI workflows to surface and score target companies.
• Translate buyer criteria into searches; review outputs and curate short-lists.
• Launch outreach (email/SMS/letters) using playbooks; A/B test and iterate.
• Speak with owners/founders to qualify interest and fit; book vetting calls.

Prior experience

• Experience with Microsoft tools.
• Prompt engineering.
• Organized and data driven.
• Must be fluent in English and at least one major European language; (preference for German and French). Any other additional European language is an advantage.
• Great communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in communication / sales.
• Financial degree or prior M&A experience.
