What is Clarisights?

Clarisights’ mission is to democratize data in enterprise marketing teams.

Clarisights provides a self-serve reporting platform designed to facilitate better marketing decision-making. We automatically integrate, process, and visualize data from all of our clients’ marketing, analytics, and attribution sources into our vertically-integrated, no-code marketing reporting platform.

We’ve reshaped marketing reporting for the following companies: Uber, Delivery Hero, Universal Music, On Running, About You, Trade Republic, among others.

We’re a Sequoia-backed Series A company in hyper-growth mode.

What’s the opportunity?

As a Sales Development Representative, you play a crucial role in scaling our business in Europe and North America by enhancing our revenue engine to become more predictable and scalable. You will be a key driver of revenue by actively sourcing new business – with a focus on enterprise customers.

What will you do?

  • Build the revenue engine together with the revenue growth team and our enterprise account executive team.
  • Find, analyze, and evaluate new market growth opportunities and build outreach plans to seize new customer opportunities.
  • Build and take ownership of the sales pipeline, generating outbound leads and developing new sales opportunities.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, providing them with insights into Clarisight’s innovative marketing reporting platform.
  • Research and identify target companies and leads matching our ideal customer profile.
  • Consistently meet or overachieve on activity and monthly Sales Accepted Lead targets
  • Feedback on market insights to the management team to help refine our go-to-market positioning and playbook.

Who are you?

  • A BA/BS from an accredited university
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment, ideally in the SaaS industry
  • Experience crafting outbound sequences, including personalized and relevant messaging
  • Native German speaker, excellent English level (written and spoken)
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and call prospects
  • Born to network – we’re building relationships within complex enterprise environments
  • Highly organized and knows how to prioritize when working on multiple projects at the same time
  • Coachable and always looking/willing to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry, and driven to succeed

Interview Process

  • First Interview – To ascertain your interest and your suitability for the role
  • Case Study + Working session – work on a live case study together on everything outbound: from account selection and plan to outbound sequences
  • Founder Interview – Clarisights’ CEO will interview you to discuss any final questions.
