Founders Associate (Sales Internship)
FLIZpay is looking for a highly motivated Founders Associate (Sales Internship) to join our team in Berlin. This is a full-time internship with the potential — after 3–6 months — to become our first sales hire, complete with equity and a competitive salary. You’ll work side by side with our founders, gain experience across different facets of the business, and help shape FLIZpay from the ground up.

We are not just looking for a sales hire, but for a true entrepreneur who is able and willing to work and grow beyond narrow responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding FLIZpay’s reach:
- Develop and execute sales strategies – from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
- Build and manage client relationships – maintaining a robust sales pipeline and gathering market feedback to guide our product roadmap.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – contribute to product, marketing, and business decisions as part of a small, dynamic team.
- Shape the big picture – as an early member, you’ll have real input on company direction and the future of payments.
