Junior Customer Relations, Cloud Services, 100% Remote, German, (m/w/d)

kraud is a private cloud services provider, established on slow growth and long term partnerships. We build private in-house clouds for customers, especially kubernetes. With no outside funding we can focus on having positive impact, like carbon neutrality, and putting the customer first.

No prior experience with sales is required. We’re nerds selling to nerds, so it’s a unique field with unique challenges anyway. Your primary task will be creating and maintaining relationships with customers, learning about their needs, documenting their journeys and figuring out the right time and place to pitch our products. You will interact with all customers in all stages, from cold calls to loyal.

more about you:

  • Must speak fluent English and German, more languages are great
  • Emphatic, and capable of navigating different personalities (we sell to scientists, they’re introverts)
  • Disciplined, self organized, self learning. We’re generally huge on autonomy and measuring results.
  • Some very basic understanding of business. Great if you’re a freelancer, or worked in retail, etc.
