Sales Development Representative

Our CXM platform delivers actionable insights towards customers as well as in-house. Our team works remote first, but our hub is in Berlin.

Zenloop is on the lookout for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Germany. In this position, you’ll play a crucial role in driving growth for zenloop, researching and engaging new leads, starting new relationships, and nurturing leads through our pipeline. The role provides an excellent opportunity for a junior salesperson to learn and quickly develop into a SaaS Account Executive.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential customers
  • Conduct discovery calls with leads and qualify them
  • Set up demo calls for our Account Executive and follow up on leads
  • Attend and conduct sales activities at industry events
  • Manage admin in the CRM

What You bring to the table

  • A first experience in a similar position
  • At least 1 year experience doing SaaS outreach activities
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken German and English
  • Outstanding diligence, resilience, and grit
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • A hungry mentality and eagerness to learn
