Sales for Interior design platform (German-Speaking)

The Opportunity

As Sales and Business Development (m/w/d) at Upscale you will work together with our founding team on all business-relevant topics and learn how to develop and build a scale-up company. To cope with growing customer demands we are looking for a hard-working and driven candidate who will help us bring in even more customers.

Tasks:

• Support the entire sales funnel, from first contact to qualification, follow-up, deal closing and handover to the Customer Success team
• Checking and improving on all our digital funnels and further develop Business Analytics and KPIs
• Be proactive in: CRM systems Pipedrive and Ortto, Google Analytics, and other relevant technologies & customer acquisition initiatives to grow our business and improve ways of working
• Support with German texts, translations and copywriting for the website or blogs

Qualification:

• You are based in Berlin, Zurich or another German or Swiss city with a permit to work in EU or Switzerland
• You bring sales experience with a proven track record of success in B2C and/or B2B sales, preferably in the home and living industry or any related creative field
• You have a strong customer focus and the ability to maintain long-lasting client relationships with a sparking personality
• Ability to work and learn independently by identifying and solving problems when needed
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German, and English, as it is our company language
