We offer you an influential role in a fast-growing company:
As Team Lead IT Support & Internal Infrastructure (w/m/d), you are instrumental in supporting our current 350 employees with the needed software tools, devices and knowledge to ensure maximum productivity.

With our company continuing to scale up you find pragmatic, cost effective solutions as well as ensure security and compliance across all areas.

In your role you will report directly to the CTO and collaborate heavily with peers from various departments.

🎯 How you can contribute to HeyJobs

  • Provide 1st/2nd/3rd level support for daily IT issues with your team
  • Procure, Deploy and manage company devices incl. on- and offboarding
  • Ensure high workplace productivity by managing our all company SaaS stack (Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, Office365, Miro, Okta etc)
  • Drive Security and compliance posture via process and tools (MDM, Endpoint protection, Security Incident management, ISO Certification etc)
  • Augment and manage office hardware (Google Meet hardware, Fortinet Firewalls, Fiber connections, NAS, UPS etc.)
  • Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts (with support) and manage renewals
  • Plan and deliver quarterly projects and initiatives with your team, own area strategy and budget
  • Collaborate with Head of Platform Engineering, Finance, Office and various other stakeholders
  • Enable events like hackdays, company all hands etc

🤝 What sets you up for success

  • Multi-year experience leading IT-Support and internal Infrastructure teams for organizations with >400 FTEs
  • Deep experience with our stack (Google Workspace, Okta, JIRA, Confluence, MDM) as well as Windows and Macs.
  • Excellent English communication skills and fluency in German are nice to have.
  • Pragmatic, can-do, customer focused mindset
  • Strong sense for security risks and experience in managing security programs
  • Optional, but appreciated:
    • Experience in ISO27001
    • Experience in Jumpcloud MDM
    • Experience in SentinelOne EPP
    • Experience in Vendor and Supplier Management
