GTM Builder | Working Student | AI × PropTech
Native German speaker | Berlin | 20h/week | In-office | €18–22/hour + commission
Studying for your Bachelor’s or Master’s and think you’re capable of more than the average working-student job gives you?
We are looking for an exceptionally driven student to work across Urban Ground and Nimmi AI, closely with the founder and product team from our Berlin office.
Urban Ground has spent the last 9 years operating residential rentals in Germany.
Nimmi AI is what we’re building from that experience: specialised AI agents for rental operations in Europe.
One is an established operating business. The other is a new AI product where we’re figuring out product-market fit and how to win the market.
You’ll get to work on both.
What you’ll actually do
You won’t “support the GTM team.”
You’ll help build GTM.
You’ll:
- Talk to landlords, property managers and real estate companies
- Find creative ways to generate new business for Urban Ground and Nimmi
- Run outbound campaigns and GTM experiments
- Test messaging, positioning, channels and offers
- Turn customer conversations into insights for the product team
- Work closely with product to test ideas and ship improvements quickly
- Identify and build partnerships and new distribution channels
- Use AI and automation aggressively to move faster
- Track what works, kill what doesn’t and scale what does
Some experiments will work. Many won’t.
Your job is to keep figuring it out.
Who we’re looking for
- Native German speaker with strong English
- Currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s
- Able to commit 20 hours/week for at least 12 months
- Based in Berlin and willing to work primarily from our office
- Commercially sharp and genuinely curious about people
- High agency. When you see a problem, your instinct is to solve it
- Comfortable picking up the phone and hearing “no”
- Able to move quickly without perfect information
- Competitive and motivated by measurable outcomes
- Someone who naturally takes ownership without waiting to be asked
Previous startup or sales experience is useful.
Hunger matters more.
Don’t apply if…
- You need someone to tell you what to do next
- You mainly want another startup logo on your CV
- You’d rather analyse an opportunity for a week than test it today
- Rejection makes you uncomfortable
- You’re looking for a remote working-student job
- You want a predictable list of tasks every week
- You measure your contribution by hours worked rather than outcomes created
You should apply if…
You’ve often felt you’re capable of more responsibility than people are willing to give you.
We don’t care whether you’re 21 or 25.
If you’re exceptional, we’ll treat you like you’re exceptional.
You’ll work directly with the founder and alongside the product team. You’ll see how customer conversations become product decisions, how GTM experiments become revenue and how a company actually finds what works.
You’ll get real problems, real customers, real targets and the freedom to figure out how to hit them.
After 12 months, you should understand GTM better than you could from any university course.
If you eventually want to build a company, lead a commercial organisation or become exceptional at GTM, this is the kind of experience that will compound.
What you get
- €18–22/hour + performance-based commission
- Work directly with the founder and product team
- Exposure to both an established operating business and a 0 to 1 AI product
- Real ownership over GTM experiments and outcomes
- Learn how product, sales, growth and operations connect in the real world
- Responsibility that normally comes much later in your career
- Build at the intersection of AI and one of Europe’s largest industries
And if you’re as good as you think you are, you’ll have the numbers to prove it.
