How will you contribute to our mission?

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our company to the forefront of the HR software market for blue-collar SMBs in Germany. We are determined to become the clear number one choice within the next 12 months, both in terms of sales and brand awareness.
To achieve this, your expertise will shape strategic marketing campaigns, foster genuine brand connections, and harness the power of data to respond to market needs swiftly and effectively.
By uniting innovative marketing strategies with our overarching company objectives, we aim to not only capture but resonate with our target demographic, ultimately positioning ourselves as the unrivaled leaders in our segment.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Design and implement strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Brand Stewardship: Oversee and enhance our brand presence, ensuring that we stand out in the crowded HR software market.
  • Content Leadership: Craft compelling content strategies that captivate our target audience, driving engagement and conversion.
  • Budget Oversight: Allocate and monitor the marketing budget to ensure optimal spend, maximizing return on investment.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze marketing metrics, produce insightful reports, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead Generation: Drive the generation of high-quality leads that convert into profitable customer relationships.
  • Digital Engagement: Enhance our digital presence, ensuring consistent growth in website traffic and user engagement.
  • Customer Feedback Management: Monitor and respond to customer feedback, using insights to refine our marketing approach and improve the customer experience.
