About the role

We’re looking for a Product Advocate to join our team and empower our rapidly growing user base to succeed with Climatiq’s tools and solutions. In this role, you help users adopt our products, ensure they achieve their goals, and contribute to climate action.

This is a user-focused role where you guide users through onboarding, solve challenges, and maximize the value they derive from Climatiq’s offerings. You collaborate with internal teams to synthesize user feedback and deliver actionable insights that enhance our offering and overall user experience.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career or a recent graduate who is passionate about technology and sustainability. If you’re tech-savvy, ambitious, and ready to roll up your sleeves to learn and grow, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you’ll do

• Guide new users through onboarding and help them get started with Climatiq’s API and other tools.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer use cases, workflows, and goals to provide tailored product recommendations.
• Provide practical support to users, ensuring they understand product features and capabilities.
• Respond to user questions and offer solutions tailored to their needs.
• Act as the voice of the user, collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues, enhance the product experience, and prioritize improvements based on feedback.
• Create and maintain educational resources like tutorials, FAQs, and guides to empower users.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve user onboarding and engagement strategies.

• Users successfully adopt and actively use Climatiq’s tools, leading to significant increases in adoption rates and user satisfaction with the platform.
• Actionable insights from users drive meaningful product improvements.
• High-quality educational materials enhance self-service support and user empowerment.

What we look for

• Early in your career or a recent graduate with a strong interest in technology, sustainability, and Climatiq’s mission to drive climate action.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, environmental science or a double major in business and computer science, or equivalent technical experience.
• Scrappy and resourceful, with a hands-on approach to solving challenges.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and simplify complex ideas.
• Ambitious and hard-working, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
