💚 About the Role

As a Growth & Expansion Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Plantclub’s expansion by leading our online marketing efforts, identifying growth opportunities, and managing city expansions. You’ll be responsible for building our digital presence, optimizing our marketing strategies, and establishing connections in new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Manage and optimize online campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
• Track and analyze website and campaign performance to drive actionable insights.
• Execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Management of the website and newsletter.

2. Market Expansion

• Research potential cities in the DACH region for new market expansion.
• Identify and contact prospective clients and partners, fostering relationships with key stakeholders in new locations.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for each new city to maximize client acquisition and retention.

3. Client & Partner Outreach

• Generate and qualify leads, develop partnerships with local businesses, architects, developers, and co-working spaces.
• Communicate the benefits of Plantclub’s services effectively in German to potential clients.

4. Content & Community

• Collaborate with other team members to develop compelling and engaging content for our website, blog, and social channels.
• Foster a sense of community around Plantclub by engaging with our audience and building brand loyalty.

👩🏽‍💻 Your Profile

• Experience: 2+ years in a business development or growth marketing role, ideally within the DACH region.
• Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools; strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and strategies.
• Language: Fluent (C1 or above) in German and English, with excellent communication skills in both.
• Mindset: Self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of working independently and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
