TechMiners is the leading partner for technology and product due diligence. When PE and VC firms prepare for major investments, our CTOs and proprietary platform give them the full truth about what they’re buying. As we scale rapidly, taking on more international mandates and establishing our new entity in Portugal, we need a strong operational foundation to support that momentum.

Behind every successful due diligence is a business that runs seamlessly. That’s where you come in. We are looking for an ambitious Finance & Operations Associate ready to learn from scratch and help build the operational backbone of a fast-growing company.

What you’ll do

• Keep the money flowing: You own our invoicing and collections process and help us get paid faster
• Keep the numbers clean: You review incoming invoices, prepare monthly bookkeeping for our tax advisors and prepare payments
• Help steer the company: You help set up the financial reporting our leadership team uses to make decisions
• Go international: You help us build our Portuguese entity from the ground up
• Build a great place to work: You shape how we onboard and offboard people as the team grows, and keep employee and payroll data in order
• Bring the team together: You plan team events and retreats people remember
• Build for scale: You help build the processes we need to grow, and document, simplify and automate our workflows

Who you are

You care about the details and follow through until the job is done. You want to shape how we work, not just follow a manual.

Concretely:

• Degree in business administration or a related field, or completed vocational training in business
• Some first work experience, ideally in a small company, a startup or an advisory firm
• You take ownership and bring your own ideas to the table
• You enjoy working with numbers
• You like using AI tools to work smarter and faster
• You want to learn how finance and operations work in a growing company
• Good English and German
• Discretion with confidential data
