Senior Customer Success Manager

Our mission is to reduce complexity by offering unified video publishing tools and products, enabling all video businesses to unlock the potential of any form of video.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our key B2B clients, responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. You’ll manage client communication, understand their requirements, and ensure their success with our SaaS products.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements.
  • Answer technical queries and provide detailed documentation and help guides.
  • Configure client dashboards and manage product configurations to meet client needs.
  • Liaise with internal product and tech teams to translate client requirements into actionable tasks and enhancements.
  • Communicate product roadmaps, updates, and deliverables to clients, ensuring they are fully informed of the value our product brings to their business.
  • Monitor and report on customer health metrics, identifying areas for improvement and action plans to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • >5 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar role in a SaaS B2B environment.
  • Demonstrable technical aptitude; experience with content and video publishing technology stacks is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
  • Bonus: Experience with video infrastructure and delivery
  • Bonus: Knowledge of advertisement stacks and standards
