Colorfy is a data and insights-driven innovation company. We develop aesthetically and functionally transformative products for clients, both large and small. A dedicated focus lies on IoT, technology, and consumer electronics.

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team in Berlin. You will be involved in every stage of our design process with the ultimate goal of helping improve the way people interact with physical and digital products. We’re especially fond of good communicators, creative thinkers, and problem solvers that can translate our customer’s strategy and business objectives into desirable experiences.

We expect you to be familiar with translating customer insights into concepts, creating concise UX deliverables like customer journeys and wireframes , and well-thought-out (mobile) UI designs (design systems). In this role, you’ll support a dedicated client/project team and contribute to the organization by establishing a design-driven culture.

You will support the development of innovative new products- and services from the initial brief to delivery by developing outstanding visual components and highly usable UX designs even when crafting complex solutions.

You can

• Understand the service-related problems/challenges of clients and end-users
• Solve problems with natural, innovative, and analytical skills
• Maintaining a culture of innovation and experimentation within the design team.
• Work with customers, business stakeholders, and staff to develop customer and business-centric concepts
• Produce a range of UX design deliverables for different touchpoints.
• Produce UI Deliverables and create and maintain Design systems
• Work directly with clients on an individual level

You have

• Relevant experience as a UX or UI designer for digital (end consumer) products and services
• Fluency in English, ideally conversational in German
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Creative and strategic thinking capability paired with solid technical understanding
• You are well versed in the tools of the trade: Figma, Overflow, ProtoPie, and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with user research is a plus
