The Role:

As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be a creative visionary, integral to shaping the brand and positioning of our company. You will have the exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the user interfaces, ranging from our public-facing website and complex test editor interface to the design of notifications and reports that help our users to identify issues with their own mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the visual and interactive aspects of our user interfaces that are intuitive and tailored to our technical minded audience.
• Collaborate directly with the founders to refine and elevate the brand and positioning of our product in the marketplace.
• Observe and analyze customer interactions, identifying pain points and opportunities to enhance the user experience.
• Conduct thorough user interviews to gather in-depth insights that drive UX improvements and product evolution.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in user interfaces, particularly those involving AI agents, ensuring our product remains at the technological forefront.
• Immerse yourself within target user communities, listening and engaging with our audience to better understand their needs and inform design decisions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the SaaS or tech industry.
• A portfolio demonstrating your expertise in designing intuitive interfaces for the web.
• Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and high level understanding of front-end development technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct user research effectively.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for user-centric design and problem-solving in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Previous experience or strong interest in AI enabled automation tools and the software development lifecycle is a big plus.
