We are currently building up our product team in Berlin and we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our mission.

Your impact:

• In your role you will shape the future of global B2B payments and international trade
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and beyond
• Develop detailed product requirements and specifications to be a very important part of day to day development efforts
• Define, manage and deliver product roadmaps to ensure that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure product success
• Implement new solutions together with a team of senior experts and the help of strong partners such as MAERSK, the world’s largest container shipping company

These are your skills and attitude that you bring:

• You have a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, preferably in B2B and/or international trade
• You are detail-oriented, hands-on with a focus on quality and user experience
• You have a strong technical background and existing hands-on experience as a product manager
• You understand complex business processes and want to understand and own them end to end
• You are are able to write detailed product specifications to guide development efforts and be a counterpart at eye level with senior engineers
• You can and want to work in a startup environment and are comfortable with taking over a wide range of responsibility working closely with senior product and engineering executives
• You are comfortable operating the product in 10+ markets (incl. US, MX, EU, IN, BGD, UAE, CN etc.) and can drive localisation to the next level
• You are able to manage partners and vendors to make sure that MODIFI has access to best solutions in the markets
• You are fluent in English, Spanish or Mandarin or any other major language is a plus
