Customer Success Associate (German-speaking)

Note: this is not a regular Customer Support role. At Helppy, customer operations are the heart of our product, and every Customer Success Associate have significant possibilities to grow in their role as the company grows.

Helppy has built a tech platform that changes the way home care is delivered. Our end-to-end technology allows us to provide home care with on-demand like speed – where customers get personally dedicated carers in hours, not days or weeks.

Currently, we are a team of 30 people, of which 5 are part of the German country team. Now, we’re ramping up our operations hub in Berlin Mitte to be ready to scale to multiple German cities during 2024. We are on a mission to make elderly care cool by revolutionizing it and are now looking for Customer Success Associate to join our driven operations team!

What to expect in the role:

Your role as a Customer Success Associate is to provide the best possible service and support our customers and helpper community. You will play a significant role in our customer and employee experience. The job is a combination of problem-solving, customer support by phone & email, and making sure our customer operations run smoothly day in, day out.

You should bring:

  • Internship/experience or interest in customer service, startups or sales
  • Basic IT-skills and an interest in familiarizing yourself with new systems (e.g., Zendesk, Microsoft Office, Teams/Zoom)
  • Awareness of the impact of your role on the customer experience
  • Native/fluent German skills, as a large part of our customers speak German

Seen as a plus, NOT requirements:

  • Basic-level English skills, as English is our internal company language
  • Experience working in a growth company

  • Salary range from 2800 to 3400 €/month, based on your experience.

  • Full-time position, 40 hours per week, with no overtime.
