(Junior) Sales Manager (f/m/x)

Enefty revolutionizes traditional loyalty as we know it. We enable lifestyle brands to upgrade existing loyalty programs with web3 technology to engage younger audiences better. Brands use our no-code platform to create digital collectibles, connect them with exclusive rewards and design gamified experiences without technical expertise.

We already work with top brands including Benetton, NH Hotels, Golden Tulip and this is just the beginning. Enefty is growing fast and we are looking for a (Junior) Sales Manager to become part of our success story. Your role:

• Active sales of our products and new customer acquisition
• Develop and implement winning business and sales strategies, while keeping in mind our customers‘ requirements
• Monitor the market trends and spot future sales opportunities early on
• Monitor KPIs and keep all stakeholders up to date on our sales strategy

Your profile

• A completed degree in economics, business, or a similar field of study within the last two years.
• At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS sales paired with new customer acquisition
• Tech and loyalty affinity. Familiarity with the web3 ecosystem is a plus
• An international mindset and a strong customer orientation as well as a passion for maintaining and developing customer relationships
• Fluent in English and preferably German skills
• Located in Berlin or surroundings
